David specializes in commercial property, as well as residential, relocation companies, appraisal reviews and special use properties. He works with all local and national mortgage companies and banks, builders, individuals, investors, FHA and the Veterans Administration. He also holds a Realtor's license, but it is currently inactive. With David’s expanded appraisal expertise and knowledge the company continues to make its mark in the central Georgia area.

Joe was formerly president of Donofrio Appraisal Associates. Prior to establishing the firm, Joe was Vice President of the Central Georgia Division of Georgia Associated Services. His leadership there dates from 1974 thru 1992. He brings over 44 years of appraisal experience performing over 40,000 appraisals in varied residential, commercial and special use properties. All necessary classroom hours for continuing education are met each year to maintain his Certified Residential license.

Currently Joe is semi-retired and working exclusively with the Department of Veterans Affairs doing VA appraisal assignments. His appraisal expertise is invaluable to the company.

Currently a staff appraiser, Lamar joined the firm in 2003. He served in the U.S. Army from 1985 through 2000, retiring as a Brigade Command Sergeant Major. In 2001 he formed his own business as Pounds Appraisal and Home Inspection Services. He is FHA certified, and all necessary classroom hours for continuing education are met each year to maintain his Certified Residential license.

Lamar specializes in all types of residential properties; working with both local and national mortgage companies and banks, individuals, builders and investors. Lamar is steadfast and has proven to be an asset to the firm.
